Returns & Eligibility

  • 30-Day Return Window: You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

  • Condition Requirements: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the exact same condition that you received it, and in its original, undamaged packaging.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or proof of purchase is required to process any return request.

Return Shipping Fees

  • Customer Responsibility: Customers are fully responsible for paying their own shipping costs when returning an item. Return shipping costs are strictly non-refundable.

  • We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned parcel.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your package arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, please email us within 48 hours at Support@trychinology.com with photos or videos showing the issue. Upon approval, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra charge to you.

Refund Process

  • Once your returned package is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed promptly, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days (processing times depend on your card issuer or bank).

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placement. If your order has already been dispatched or processed by our fulfillment center, it cannot be canceled, and you will need to follow the standard return process upon receiving the parcel.
